Delivery & pickup

You can pick up site orders at our shop at Rodoljuba Čolakovića 8A, 21000 Novi Sad. Everything is made to order - your order is normally ready in about 15 minutes after the payment is confirmed, within opening hours. If preparation takes longer for any reason, we will call the number you provided. Pickup orders have no minimum amount.

At pickup, state your name or the order number from the confirmation.

• Monday: closed
• Tuesday – Friday: 17 – 23
• Saturday – Sunday: 15 – 23

We deliver site orders to addresses in Novi Sad. Delivery is handled by the Albatros courier service. The fee depends on the zone, is clearly shown before you confirm the order, and is included in the order total. You pay by card online or cash on delivery, to the courier:

• Inner city zone - 200 RSD: the center and urban neighbourhoods of Novi Sad (Centar, Liman, Grbavica, Telep, Novo Naselje, Detelinara, Podbara, Salajka and surroundings).
• Outer zone - 420 RSD: Sremska Kamenica, Petrovaradin, Veternik, Adice, Kamenjar, Sajlovo, Klisa, Bangladeš and Ribarsko ostrvo.

Outside these zones (e.g. Futog, Rumenka, Kać, Bukovac, Ledinci) site delivery is not available - you can pick your order up at the shop or order through our partners. The checkout page geocodes your address and shows its zone on a map.

The minimum for delivery orders is 1000 RSD (food only, excluding the delivery fee). The courier sets off as soon as your order is ready, within opening hours; we call you about any delay.

If you want your order delivered, our menu is available through Glovo and Wolt. Partner orders are subject to their terms, fees and delivery areas, and payment happens in their apps.
