Privacy policy

To provide a quality service we collect only the data necessary for doing business and informing customers, in line with good business practice and the regulations of the Republic of Serbia. This policy describes what we collect on the site, why, and how it is stored.

What we collect

  • With an order: your name, phone number, e-mail address and any note you enter (plus a delivery address, once delivery becomes available), together with the order contents.
  • On your device: the cart and favourites are stored only in your browser (localStorage) and are not sent to us until you place an order.
  • Analytics: we use anonymous visit statistics (Vercel Analytics) which use no cookies and collect no personal data.

Why we use it

  • to prepare and hand over your order and contact you about it,
  • to send the order and payment confirmation to your e-mail address,
  • to process complaints and refunds.

What we do not do

  • we keep no mailing lists and send no marketing messages,
  • we do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing,
  • we never come into contact with your card data - it is entered exclusively on the bank's secure page.

Where and how long data is kept

Order data is stored in a protected database on servers in the European Union. It is accessible only to staff who need it for their work, and all employees and business partners are responsible for respecting privacy principles. We keep order records for at least 120 days after handover, due to obligations towards the bank in case of a transaction dispute, and after that only as long as regulations require.

Data processors

The following services help us operate: Vercel (site hosting), Supabase (order database, EU), Google/Gmail (sending e-mail confirmations) and Telegram (internal staff notification about a new order). Each processes only the data necessary for its function.
