The seller is not registered for VAT - VAT is not charged, pursuant to Article 33 of the Serbian VAT Act.

All prices on the site are expressed in Serbian dinars (RSD) and are final - there are no additional costs or hidden fees. The price shown at the moment you confirm the order applies. The minimum online order is 1.000 RSD.

An order is placed in a few steps:

• you pick products from the menu and add them to the cart (with any toppings),
• before submitting, the full order specification is shown: the list of products, quantities, individual prices and the total amount,
• you enter your contact details and confirm that you accept these terms,
• you complete the payment and receive a unique order number.

Online orders are accepted only during opening hours:

• Monday: closed
• Tuesday – Friday: 17 – 23
• Saturday – Sunday: 15 – 23

Online ordering closes 15 minutes before closing time.

Orders on the site are paid with Visa, Mastercard and Maestro payment cards, through the payment system of Raiffeisen banka a.d. Beograd.

Card details are entered exclusively on the bank's secure page, protected by 3D Secure (Verified by Visa / Mastercard SecureCode). Our site never has access to your card number or any other card data.

Before submitting an order you must tick the box confirming that you are familiar with and accept these terms of purchase. Without that consent the order cannot be placed. The moment of consent is recorded with the order.

After the payment process completes - whether the payment succeeded or failed - a confirmation with the outcome is shown on the site and the same confirmation is sent to the e-mail address you provided. It contains the order number, the order specification with prices and the total amount.

The payment confirmation is not a fiscal receipt - you receive the fiscal receipt when picking up your order at the shop.

You can file a complaint by phone at +381 65 365 2757 or by e-mail at coni021ns@gmail.com, quoting your order number. We respond without delay and within 8 days at the latest, in line with the Serbian Consumer Protection Act.

Refunds are handled as described on the Refund policy page.

Sales are conducted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Serbia. Anything not covered by these terms is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, the Trade Act and the E-commerce Act of the Republic of Serbia.
